Help us Dear Lord,
To leave past pain and hurts behind us.
To release difficult memories into your hands.
And to commit these things into your hands.
Teach us Father of light,
To forgive and find joy in our present days.
To see our lives through your eyes.
And be content in every moment.
Holy Spirit, give us hope for the future.
