Dear Lord,
I am tired and discouraged.
My body feels weak, and my mind feels heavy.
I give you my burdens. They are too heavy for me.
I cannot carry all these things on my own today.

Give me new strength and fill me with peace.
Help me breathe easy as you walk with me.
Hold my hand and guide me through my day.

Lord of all Providence,
Thank You for placing me where I am today.
Grant me grace to enlarge my capacity to impact those around me.
Make my words kind, my actions helpful.
Help my daily example to be a reflection of your love.
Give me wisdom to know who to encourage.
Bless me to have courage to stand for what is right.
Bring me opportunities to lead others closer to you.
Use my life as a light in a dark place.
