To the battered and broken

All of your strength for the anxious and weary
All that You Are for the lonely, the bruised
Bring all of Your wisdom to our confusion
Bring all of Your counsel to prodigal’s tears
Bring all Your peace to midnight terrors
Bring all that You are-for our wasted years.
