Holy Spirit,
Help me to know that you encircle me, holding me safe and secure.
East my mind up with your truth and your wisdom.
Guide my thoughts and calm my fears.
Steady my emotions and help me to find rest.
Guide my feelings that I may not be overcome or upset.
Sustain my soul, with vision for the future, and hope for tomorrow.
