help us be a beacon of hope

Father,

I thank you that in Your Son we have hope.

Hope that this life is not the end.

Hope that death has been conquered.

Hope of eternal life together with You.

Hope of Your presence now in our lives.

Help us who are Your people remember that hope.

Help us take it to a hopeless world, which so desperately needs it.

Help us be a beacon of hope to those in trouble or anguish.
