a prayer to keep trying

Dearest Father,

I am tired and discouraged.
I ask you for encouragement today.

I am tempted to give up
I ask for the stamina to endure.

I am weak and disheartened.
I ask you for strength of heart and purpose.

I am blessed and thankful for your presence in my life.
I ask you to help me remember that you are here.

I am hopeful because you are my friend.
I ask you to help me to keep trying.
