Dear Lord,
Help those who lead, in civil and religious ways, to find humility.
Surround them with wise counselors and people of integrity.
Grant them grace that they might keep their egos in check.
Bless them so that they might bless those who they lead.
Help us to pray for them more than we complain about them.
We pray that you would lead our leaders and give them hearts to follow you.Amen
