Anyone who is having troubles should pray. ... When a believing person prays, great things happen. -James 5:13,16 NCV

Prayer is the answer

We serve a God that fights our battles for us. He is always there when we we need Him. We cry out in prayer and He hears. He answers. He delivers us.
Prayer is the answer to all the evils of this world. There is no tear that prayer can't wipe away. There is no depression that can't be lifted by it. There is no despair that prayer can't replace with hope. Prayer always brings God to our sides and it brings blessing and revelation of His power to our desperate souls.

Prayer is the answer to all our problems.

Lord, we will have troubles in this life. We will have hardships and trials to endure. But thank You that we can know we aren't alone in this battle. You are the King of Glory, strong and mighty.  The battle is already won because You have overcome. We give you honor and we give you praise and we worship you with all that we are.

  1. I am in charge of our Prayer ministry at our church and I have a problem getting members involved and also realizing that not only do we need to pray for help and guidance but that we need to give thanks as well. Can you please pray for me to have the wisdom to help connect my fellow church families to join me in prayer and thanks giving for all that God does for us. And if there is any type of study that can assist me with this task I would appreciate the information. Thank you and may God bless you all.

    1. Thanks for commenting Tina! Some folks at our church have used a book titled When God Talks Back: Understanding the American Evangelical Relationship with God to get a discussion about started. I will pass you request on to our prayer bloggers and ask them for input.

      Blessings, Bob

    2. Hey Tina- one book that is a great study is Kay Arthur's Lord, teach me to pray in 28 days. Also the scriptures tell us to pray about things in prayer and supplication and thanksgiving!
