May we continually seek and trust him in all of our days.
May our hearts be filled with compassion and empathy for others.
May we be instruments in the hands of the Lord.

Lament for the Weary
Great and gracious Father,
It's precisely because we know you to be great and gracious that we cry out to You today without measuring words or muting feelings. Father, we are tired of being tired, worn out by being worn out, depressed by being depressed.
Hold us tightly, for we feel our grasp of You growing weaker and weaker. Will these sorrows ever lift? Will our hearts ever sing again?
You have written the gospel on our hearts, O God. May this truth keep us from despair. If not for this, the accuser and condemner would have long since erased all memory of Your goodness and faithfulness from our souls.
Though our consciences and emotions mock us, we rest in your promise that we belong to You and You belong to us.
Amen.

Lord,We ask that you provide warmth to those exposed to the harsh elements.May they find refuge in you and in the kindness of strangers.Please protect them all. Guide them to shelter, food, warmth, and to you.

of those who are faced by tasks too great for their powers:
of those who stand inthe valley of decision:
of those who are in debt or poverty:
of those who are suffering the consequences of misdeeds long ago repented of:
of those who, by reason of early surroundings have never had a fair chance in life:
of all family circles broken by death:
of all missionaries of the Kingdom of Heaven in
far-away corners of the earth:
of those who lift high the lamp of truth in lonely places:
Dear Father of mankind,make me the human channel, so far as in me lies,
through which Thy divine love and pity may reach the hearts and
lives of a few of those who are nearest to me.

My hope is in God
Dear God,
I am full of wishes,
full of desires,
full of expectations.
Some of them may be realized, many may not,
but in the midst of all my satisfactions
and disappointments,
I hope in you.
I know that you will never leave me alone
and will fulfill your divine promises.
Even when it seems that things are not going my way,
I know that they are going your way
and that in the end your way is the
best way for me.
O Lord, strengthen my hope,
especially when my many wishes are not fulfilled.
Let me never forget that your name is Love.

Steadfast in our walk
LORD, our prayer today is that You enable us to fight against the wiles of the enemy. EMPOWER us to be steadfast in our walk. To be firm in our BELIEF. And help us to see TRUTH in this deceptive world that we live in.
Help us Oh, LORD, to be Holy and Godly in all that we do and say.

forgiving past mistakes
Father of all mercies,
It is often so hard to forgive myself because I fail so much.
Bless me that I might see myself through your eyes of love.
And help me to remember that you have used each mistake that I have made.
That you are working all things together to make me like you.
Teach me how to be easier on myself and learn to forgive past mistakes.
Help me forgive myself and find peace with the person you made me.
Lastly, use me to help others forgive themselves.
I pray in Jesus’ name.

a prayer for hope in hard times
Heavenly Father,
In times of darkness and uncertainty, I turn to You for hope.
You are the source of all hope and the light that shines in the darkness.
Fill my heart with hope and help me trust, even when I cannot see the way.
Renew my faith and grant me the strength.
Help me to persevere through the challenges I face.

A NEW DAY
Father God, every day is a gift. Some days don't feel like it, but the truth is another day is a gift of life. Help me to rejoice in each new day and remember Your mercies are new every moring. There may be sadness in the night, but joy comes in the morning! Thank YOU Heavenly Father for new day! Amen

I WILL RELEASE LIFE AND WHOLENESS INTO YOUR LIFE
Let your heart be glad, and rejoice in Me. Let your flesh rest in hope, for I will not leave your soul in Sheol or allow you to see corruption. I will show you the path of life, and in My presence you will find fullness of joy. I will meet you with the blessings of goodness and give life and length of days to you when you ask. Father, You have granted me life and favor, and Your care has preserved my spirit. My life and breath are in Your hands.
