Almighty and Loving God,
People in Florida, and other areas, are awaiting hurricanes and storms.
We come before you asking you to give them wisdom in the day ahead.
We pray for their protection as dark clouds gather and heavy rains fall.
Please shield their homes, families, and communities from danger.
Calm the storms, hold back the floods and grant them peace in uncertainty.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
