Dear Lord,
We daily fail with our speech.
Often we express our frustration instead of blessing.
Forgive us Lord and help us when our tongues fail to love.
Set a guard over our mouths and watch over the door of our lips,
Bless us to use the power of our words to build each other up.
Give us the courage and wisdom to use our words to bring healing?
In all that we say, help us to reflect your presence in our lives.
