We all woke up yesterday to the news that a gunman opened fire early Friday, killed 12 people and injured 59 others in a crowded suburban Denver theater at the opening of The Dark Knight Rises. Let us pray.Come Holy Spirit. Come in power. Come in comfort. Come in wisdom. Come in healing.
Be present dear Lord in the lives of those 59 people who were injured. Manifest yourself to the families and friends of those 12 who were killed. Let faith and not fear rule the day. Please trump this evil with good. Bring your children together in love and unity. Help this community to heal.Come Holy Spirit. Come in power. Come in comfort. Come in wisdom. Come in healing.
