Dear Lord,
Another senseless killing of innocents has been reported in Florida.
Our hearts break for the victims and their families.
Come and comfort this community in Florida.
We find ourselves bereft of answers to gun violence.
May your Spirit flow in our nation and give wisdom to our leaders.
Cause minds to be open to your influence that more will not be slaughtered.
Open the hearts of mayors, governors, members of congress and our president.
We pray, as Jesus taught us, for your kingdom to come and your will to be done.
Bring heaven to this earth Lord. To Florida. To America. To this world.
