Anyone who is having troubles should pray. ... When a believing person prays, great things happen. -James 5:13,16 NCV

my favorite prayer

From Psalm 25.

To you, O LORD, I lift up my soul; in you I trust, O my God.

Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.

Amen

  4. Beautiful prayer Ed. I'm going to write it down and put it on my bedside table to start the day with it every morning. I love praying scripture.

  5. Talking about praying scripture, Proverbs 11:21 is a wonderful verse for christians who have children with drug issues to pray. The KJV puts it best. "The seed of the righteous shall be delivered." Amen.
