I don’t feel like my life has made much of a difference.
Help me to see that I can make an impact on the world.
Give me a kind word, or a word of encouragement, for a friend.
Bless me to be a light in this dark and lonely world.
Inspire me to share the brightness that you have put inside of me.
And as I do, bring inner clarity and focus to the brightness.
Cause divine love to brighten the light that I have within.
Motivate me to share your bright love to all close to me.

Bless us to prioritize self-care and finding time to recharge.
Give us grace that we find rest for our bodies, minds, and spirits.
We receive your gift of sabbath rest. Help us to find joy in it.
Open our minds that might find balance in our lives.
Guide us to recognize the importance of having down times.
Inspire us to release the stresses and demands of our lives.
Encourage us to encourage others to take time to rest.
Lead us Lord in our quest to lead more balanced lives.Amen.
