Dear Lord,

We pray for rest and renewal in our lives.

Help us to find moments of peace and relaxation.

Bless us to prioritize self-care and finding time to recharge.

Give us grace that we find rest for our bodies, minds, and spirits.

We receive your gift of sabbath rest. Help us to find joy in it.

Open our minds that might find balance in our lives.

Guide us to recognize the importance of having down times.

Inspire us to release the stresses and demands of our lives.

Encourage us to encourage others to take time to rest.

Lead us Lord in our quest to lead more balanced lives.
