a prayer to find and share our inner light

Dear Lord,

I don’t feel like my life has made much of a difference.

Help me to see that I can make an impact on the world.

Give me a kind word, or a word of encouragement, for a friend.

Bless me to be a light in this dark and lonely world.

Inspire me to share the brightness that you have put inside of me.

And as I do, bring inner clarity and focus to the brightness.

Cause divine love to brighten the light that I have within.

Motivate me to share your bright love to all close to me.

To you belongs all honor and praise.

Amen.
