A prayer for faith when doubting

Doubt and faith

  Risen Lord,

  behind closed doors

  you turned Thomas’s doubt

  into a shout of faith.

  Take our questioning minds

  and make them a gateway

  to hope and trust in you,

  that faith may seek

  and find understanding

  in your mysterious purposes and will;

  for your honour and glory. Amen.
