Dear Lord,
Help us to take time to rest and relax.
Teach us to value meditation and time alone.
Bless us to think deeply and not just react to life events.
Open our eyes to what is important in the world.
Connect us to others and help us to build substantial relationships.
Together, lead us to bring peace in a world of turmoil.
Make us to be instruments of peace in our neck of the world.
