Dear Lord
Bless me that I might find rest in all that I do.
Teach me to prioritize the things that bring me inner peace.
Give me grace to take care of my heart and my body.
Help me to release control and trust you with all of me.
Let this day be one where I find stillness and rest.
I love you Lord.
