Teach us Lord to be quiet that we might hear your voice.
When things are confusing, help us to center our thoughts on you.
In times of hurriedness, cause us to slow down internally.
Bless us with the discipline of waiting and patience.
In all things, lead us and attune our inner ears to your voice.
