Choices to Live By (PEACE)

“I choose peace. I will live forgiven. I will forgive so that I may live.”  Max Lucado

Galatians 5:22-23 (NIV)
     But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³ gentleness and self-control.

Father it is by your gracious gift of forgiveness through Christ that we have peace with God, the peace of God and peace through God. And it is by the enablement of the Holy Spirit that we have the ability to live in peace with one another.

Father Your peace gives us the disposition to for forgive one another. Your peace gives us the stability to live in harmony with each other. Your peace gives us freedom to truly live. As the Scripture reminds us: “So then, we must pursue what promotes peace and what builds up one another.” Romans 14:19 (HCSB)

Father today we choose to live in peace in his name who is the Prince of Peace.
