Father
as we come to the close of another year, it is with deep gratitude that we
express our appreciation for your faithful guidance and care. As you have
graciously lead us and watched over us in this past year so we ask for your continued direction and advice in 2017.
Because you
are our Shepherd we can walk into the future with confidence, assured of your
presence with us. Having the personal reality of Psalm 23 we know you are with us and that eventually we will live
in your glorious presence forever.
Thank you
Father, for your comforting presence and the good path on which you walk with
us each day. Surely we can say with Jacob: “…..God has been my shepherd all my
life, to this very day….” Genesis 48:15
