We prayed that he would give us a safe journey and protect us as we traveled……
Thank you Father, for a wonderful, safe and joyous journey
to be with our daughter Jill at the birth of our grandson Tristan in Oregon. As
you know Father, journeys are always an issue with me because of past experiences
in road mishaps. But even with such ominous possibilities your comforting peace
gave relieving assurance. And so I can say with Ezra: “ …we earnestly prayed that our God would take care of us,
and he heard our prayer.” Ezra 8:23 (NLT)

you Father for a journey to remember, a life to celebrate, and a memory to
cherish with profound gratitude, Amen!!!
